Get Ahead of the Competition!
A Certificate program is the route to go if you're interested in an area, but have little to no knowledge or skils in that particular field. Generally the admission requirements for a Certificate are more relaxed than in an Apprenticeship program, and you'll gain the skills needed to show an employer your commitment to your field.
Certificate programs provide you with full background information about the trade, giving you a complete understanding of why things are done they way they are. The knowledge you gain as a certified tradesperson, will give you the flexibility to bridge the "professional" side with the "technical" side, allowing you to find your own balance between design or management, versus hands-on work.
GPRC is your best choice for programming as we have unique partnerships with local industry, creating opportunities like the Harley-Davidson® Technician program, for which we offer the only training centre in Canada!
