Monday, June 20th, 2016
FAIRVIEW – Steven Kramer had just recently got his bike license and was shopping for a new ride at the Mighty Peace Harley-Davidson® Dealership in Grande Prairie, AB, when he received an exciting, ironic phone call.
Kramer of Fairview, AB, was the lucky name drawn at GPRC on Friday, June 17, 2016 as the winner of the 28th Annual Harley-Davidson® Raffle.
As Kramer stood with Les Dei, Mighty Peace Harley-Davidson Dealership Owner, he could not believe it, and thought for sure someone was playing a trick on him.
However, on June 20, Kramer believed his fortune to be true as he was presented the key fob to his new ride, a 2016 Dyna Wide Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle in Black Denim Flame.
Kramer was presented his new ride by Peter Sellers, representing the Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle Program in Fairview, Chris Laue, Campus Principal and Dean of Agriculture, Environment and Trades and Caitlin Hartigan, Fairview’s Operations Officer.
Second prize was won by Kyle Hillier of Grande Prairie, who just hours before finished his last exam of the ThinkBIG Program, in Fairview. He won a $700 Gift Card to Harley-Davidson®.
Third prize was won by Paul Scott of Red Deer, AB. He won a $300 Gift Card to Harley-Davidson®.
There were also three $200 cash early birds draws awarded to Allan Foster of Calgary, AB, Joel Fournier of Grande Prairie, AB, and Tim Pomeranz of Edmonton, AB.
