Gentle flow yoga is beneficial for all body types and abilities, and is perfect if you're new to yoga or if you are interested in a gentle practice. Simple, flowing movements to warm up the body, along with longer held poses help to develop strength, balance and flexibility. Moving your body in this gentle comfortable way also helps focus on breath awareness and calming of the mind.
