This class is designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Let Coryn guide you through some incredible breathwork and body regulation techniques from her specialized background in Yoga for trauma. Our mental health is a gateway to our physical and emotional health as all areas of our lives are connected. Coryn will teach you powerful ways to ground your body, to recognize emotional triggers and give you tangible exercises and tools to work through the challenges you experience. Mindfulness and meditation will also encompass a part of this series as it's so important to create a healthy space where you can slow down and reflect on life. You will leave with the tools to create an at-home practice outside of class that you will be able to implement even after the series is complete.
