More About Feltham, Glenn
Dr. Glenn Feltham served as President and CEO of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) from 2011 to 2019. He led NAIT in its vision of becoming one of the world’s leading polytechnics, with a focus on relevance and responsiveness. Dr. Feltham has played a leading role in advancing the post-secondary system in Canada and Alberta, serving as chair of Polytechnics Canada as well as chair of the Council of Post-Secondary Presidents of Alberta. Dr. Feltham holds a PhD from the School of Accountancy at the University of Waterloo, an MBA from the University of Montana, an LLB from Queen’s University Faculty of Law, and two undergraduate degrees. Further, he has professional backgrounds in both law and accounting. In addition to his accomplishments in post-secondary education, Dr. Feltham has made significant contributions to Alberta and to Canada. This includes having chaired or served on economic, governmental, academic, cultural, and social boards.

Prior to his pseudo-retirement, Dr. Feltham served as President and CEO of NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 2011 - 2019. He came to NAIT from the I.H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba, where he held positions as Dean of the School, CA Manitoba Chair in Business Leadership and a professor in the Department of Accounting and Finance. He has many years of experience with Departments of Accounting at both the University of Saskatchewan and Wilfred Laurier University. While the majority of Dr. Feltham's career has been spent in the post-secondary sector, his early years were spent as a lawyer and articling student with Atkinson McMahon, Calgary.
