Josie is mom to four boys who keep her life quite busy, but she has found balance through her love for fitness. She is an AFLCA Group Fitness Instructor with over 10 years of experience. Some of her specialty fields include, Group Exercise, Resistance Training, Water Fitness, Portable Equipment, and Indoor Cycling. She continues to strengthen her passion for being healthy and active by educating herself and sharing with others her knowledge.
