Online Fitness Classes

Yoga for Mental Health
Mondays @ 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Class Description

This class is designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Let Coryn guide you through some incredible breathwork and body regulation techniques from her specialized background in Yoga for trauma. Our mental health is a gateway to our physical and emotional health as all areas of our lives are connected. Coryn will teach you powerful ways to ground your body, to recognize emotional triggers and give you tangible exercises and tools to work through the challenges you experience. Mindfulness and meditation will also encompass a part of this series as it's so important to create a healthy space where you can slow down and reflect on life. You will leave with the tools to create an at-home practice outside of class that you will be able to implement even after the series is complete.

Class Description

Join us for 45-minutes of AWESOME! This class is designed to get you moving! It will include hills, sprints and different combos to keep your heartrate up and keep those calories burning. Enjoy fun and energetic music while moving those legs!
Class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Must have your own spin bike.

Gentle Flow Yoga
Tuesdays @ 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Class Description

Gentle flow yoga is beneficial for all body types and abilities, and is perfect if you're new to yoga or if you are interested in a gentle practice. Simple, flowing movements to warm up the body, along with longer held poses help to develop strength, balance and flexibility. Moving your body in this gentle comfortable way also helps focus on breath awareness and calming of the mind.

Barre Fitness
Wednesdays @ 7:00pm - 8:00pm

  • Dates: May 12 - June 16, 2021 | 6 Classes

Class Description

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves (don't worry about coordination we're not dancing), with different elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training. Barre uses classic moves such as plies, alongside static stretches with a focus on high reps of small range movements. Barre delivers a full body workout, and is great for strengthening your core and toning your glutes and legs. This low impact class will challenge you and leave you feeling great!!

She'll breakdown the importance of creating a strong foundation based on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health routines. You'll learn how all of these contribute to build strong immunity, better mental stamina, as well as increased productivity and efficiency. You will also learn the importance of being aware of things that are not serving you, and how releasing toxic emotions is essential to creating sustainable happiness, and a life full of vitality and stamina.
